What is the best pillow for my sleep position?
Whether you are a side, back sleeper, the ergonomic design of Spinebo® pillows allows the user to sleep in all positions. Temperature-sensitive material conforms and mould itself to the natural curve of your body, properly supporting your head, neck, and shoulders when you sleep on your back or side.
What makes the Spinebo® Pillow different?
The ergonomic design of Spinebo® pillows aims to relieve discomfort in your head, neck, and shoulders in a variety of sleeping positions. Our goal is to have your head and neck aligned so that as you are lying down, your neck is not tilting in any direction. While our Spinebo® Lumbar Support holds the spine in shape and maintain its natural curve. Each pillow is set to achieve the right individual balance between support and comfort.
What is Spinebo® Pillow made of?
Made entirely of high-density memory foam to provide the right support for your head and neck no matter how you sleep. As for Spinebo® Kids Pillows are made of (SGS certified) Spinebo® Honeycomb Silicone tested hypoallergenic to prevent S.I.D.S. on infant. The special honeycomb silicone material allows circulation of air, increasing the level of safety during sleep focusing on breathability and comfortability.
How do I wash my Spinebo® Pillow?
Only the pillow cover of the Spinebo® Pillow for adults are washable and not the pillow itself. However, Spinebo® Kids Pillows are washable. They are suitable for handwash to maintain hygiene, remove sweat and drool that could build up on the pillow.
Special care for my Spinebo® Pillow
A special care to take note is that NOT to place your Spinebo® Pillow under the sun directly or any hot surface or area. The reason is that the memory foam will harden and lose its effectiveness.

How long will it take for my Spinebo® pillow to arrive?
We deliver in 3- 10 working days in and outside Klang Valley.
Can I pick up the pillow by myself?
Yes! We have a pick-up point at our showroom located at Sin Osteopathic SS2 at the following address:

How much is the delivery fee in Malaysia?
Delivery fee is RM10 for West Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia subject to our third-party transporter services – Pgeon delivery, EasyParcel, PosLaju and LalaMove.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
The delivery address can be changed if your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, it may be difficult for us to change the details but do get in touch with us should you require further assistance.
What happen if I am not at home to receive my order?
We provide 3 attempts for all the deliveries. If you missed the first attempt, our logistic team will contact you to reschedule the delivery until you have well received the item.
Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
We are able to assist you to schedule the delivery date from our end. However, the delivery time frame is entirely subject to availability and scheduling by local transporters based on their delivery route. This is because the delivery is made by a third-party transporter through an arm’s length agreement.
What is the Return Policy?
In the interests of hygiene, you may not return pillow, cover, baby or kid’s products. Goods sold are not refundable, however you may exchange on goods that are faulty according to our limited pillow warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Faulty goods returned to us must be in its original and unused condition, we also ask that you return the packaging with the goods for faulty verification.
Are returns free?
The shipping cost incurred for returning items to us for a refund or exchange are not covered or reimbursed by us.
How do I organise a return?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive any faulty goods, kindly include your order number, and notify us immediately via email spineboenquiry@gmail.com, so we can personally assist you.
What are the conditions covered by Limited Warranty?
The limited warranty includes:
- Severe softening or deterioration of the pillow core.
- Any other physical flaw or manufacturing defect in the material or workmanship of the product, when used normally for its intended purposes.
What is the duration of my Limited Warranty?
Each Limited Warranty is valid 6 months from the date of purchase.
